His very first purchase was a 33,000 square feet commercial & investment property in Long Island City back in 1998. Other than real estate Raj was also the owner & CEO of a successful an import & wholesale apparel business with annual sales of $16 Million.
Raj has an under graduate honors degree in economics, accounting & business statistics and a graduate degree in business administration. Raj enjoys biking, cooking, playing harmonica, yoga and coaching soccer. He is multilingual and speaks fluent English, Hindi, and Punjabi and has a working knowledge of Urdu.
